I booked 2 flights to US in December 2012. Two days before we were to leave my son tragically passed away. I immediately contacted the agency and postponed the flights. I later cancelled them and applied for a refund and sent them the death certificate. I was advised that the refund takes up to 12 weeks. I requested that the try and speed up the process as we needed the money to cover expenses that would otherwise be covered had my son still been alive. I was told that there is no way to speed up the process. It is now more than a month and it is totally unacceptable that it should take 3 months to process a refund. I did not take 3 months to pay them?
