I have signed up with them 1st year and when I called to make a query I never got any feedback regardless of me calling back. they keep taking messages to gewt someone to call but nothing. I then called to cancel my mebership, same thing happened. Year later, i signed up again, Sandile swearing that thgeir service has imnproved. and yet same experience happened. I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE.
This is a if I evr saw one. Disgusted with this service.
