Cancellation of a contract

In 2007 I mistakenly signed a contact which I didn't understand with a company called Flexi Club for holidays, it happened through their sales consultant when they were doing a presentation in Middelburg Mpumalanga. the guy made me believe that I'm just signing the contract and I will have to call them later to activate the account, unfortunately things didn't go as I understood them. The next thing money was deducted from my credit card, of which I gave details thinking I am not joining but will make a call to activate the account if I have decided on taking it.

I called their number to find out why they are deducting the money, and they told me that I have signed a contract and I cannot cancel it after I had sent them a cancellation latter. They said I must just use the points they have given to me for holidays, but I cannot afford their premiums and they make people sign contracts without explaining the correct things to people.

In 2010 they started sending me summons where as I never went on holiday up until this day and now they are telling me that I owe them R72 0000 (Seventy two thousand), for something I did not use and they have also listed my name on ITC.
