We joined Travel Quest recently - attended their presentation which was impressive with all the discounts promised - fair enough. After signing a life time contract we received a booklets with vouchers for Restaurants to the value of R6000 and one for Beauty Treatments to the value of R6000.
We tried using a Restaurant Voucher by going to La Campana in Boksburg for dinner (buy / pay for one meal up to a R100 and get one meal free), to our suprise the Manager at La Campana was not aware of these voucher and will be contacting Travel Quest to clarify.
I went one step further after this incident, decided to email each restaurant listed on the voucher book and most were unaware of this promotion and requested contact info. for Travel Quest.
I don't understand how Travel Quest can be so proud and hand out these voucher booklets which sounds so wonderful but when it's time to use them - the vouchers are worthless as Restaurants are not aware of them and makes us the Client feel like.
I haven't bothered using the Beauty Voucher Booklet but expect would find the same situation.
