Still Waiting for my invoices

Its been 6 days since I received that email saying, please be patient it will take a few days to get back to you.

Well its now been 6 days longer then the 3 days asked for,

I lost my laptop with all my years invoices, I need them for Tax purposes and refunds from my company.
