Staff of our business flew on two occasions and erroneously did not enter the business details (ie name and address) for invoicing / vat purposes. I have been contacting the Kulula invoicing department for about 6 weeks, as well as their feedback department without being helped at all. They can't look up invoices (which I think is madness) and only work on booking numbers which had been deleted on my side because I don't use booking numbers. Having gone through deleted emails I found the booking numbers and sent them those, but no-one responds to my emails. I am unable to claim vat without valid invoices.
