I wish I could give a NO Star review coz my experience was so horrible! I booked my package to Georgia through Holiday Factory in Dubai. They made me pay AED 1000/- Extra Per Person while I was making my bookings coz apparently I wanted to travel in “Peak Season”. Accepted by me.. after debiting my account and confirming my flight timings and date I get a call next day that those particular dates are not available! I request and even insist on same dates and after a lot of arguments I get the dates however my return flight timings are changed. I was not happy with it however I settled for it. When we reach Georgia we were delayed by immigration and once we collect our baggage and exit from airport, the person supposed to collect us and take us to the hotel, has already left! We wait for almost 30 mins and another driver is arranged for us after another argument with the local agent! Cherry on the cake happens when we get picked to reach the airport and while we are checking in we are informed by Air Arabia staff that we are not on the 17.25 flight but on the 22.40 flight! (Now this is the timing I insisted them to give me in the first place mind u but they insisted that the flight is full) Surprising part is Holiday Factory is not even aware that their customers are not in this flight but the later flight! After wasting our entire day we are offered a place at the Cafe in the arrivals area with Free “Tea Coffee and Snacks” Wow I’m overwhelmed ??? With only an apology from their local representative we wait for our flight .. so Thanks Holiday Factory for ruining my Holiday ..
