Due to weather conditions in Muarituis flight out was rescheduled resulting in the connecting flight from O R Tambo been an issue a day later. I don't knw what the rules are in this instance but you get told by the air travel that the passenger should be allowed to board without having to pay in any monies. My cousin had to from pay for the flight from Jhb - Durban. We are still awaiting a either refund from the airline travel that insisted on my cousin paying in the monies or a final report from Circle Travel advising that they have tried and not successful. We were told that they will try but no guaranteed this will be refunded. Letter from Maurituis Airways together with proof of payment was submittted but todate no response. last email rec about 2 weeks ago advising no guarantee on refund of _ 700.00 but that it was still been addressed.
