Flight Centre Cant find my money

I called Flight Centre to book a flight. I was told that they are holding the seat untill my EFT reflects in their account. 3 Days Later, I am still waiting. If I had not physically gone and made another payment dirctly, I would still have been stranded in Johannesburg. The problem now is, they apparently cannot find my payment despite me having recieved an sms and My Bank statement clearly shows the payment have gone off. So flight Centre clearly has my money and I want it back. How do you trust an organisation like this if they cannot handle simple financial transactions.
