I tried to book a ticket online and the payment page crashed just before I got confirmation of the booking. However the payment went through. So my account reflected a payment pending authorisation and so did Flight Centre's account.
I contacted Flight Centre and was helped by a truely wonderful lady called Kgomotso who really went the extra mile to help me get my money back. From when I first gave her the details to when the money was back in my account was 30 minutes.
I want to compliment her on a wonderful attitude and great service to a customer who was in quite a pickle.
You are my hero of the month, Kgomotso. I wish all consultants could be as lovely.
