Poor service

I submitted an enquiry on the Prime Meridian web page, I received a call from Camden Segoati on 11/09/2013 regarding my enquiry.
Once we had gone through the relevant information, I asked to have the quote sent to me along with all the relevant information that went along with it, I also asked that they contact me on the Friday so I could confirm that I would be going with them or not.
To my disappointment, I received a PDF with relevant information on the company but no quote, which I could still live with as it provided me with helpful information, but I have still not received a call so I can confirm that I would like to go with them.

Very disappointing!
