My City is defrauding me every month

Each month I have a complaint about my points that keep disappearing from my card. When the century city bus service started in century city I was defrauded over R100. When I swipe the tag, I find that more than 5.2 points that are supposed to be deducted are gone. One case they deducted 60 points and and then 40 points at a time. I have been very vigilant in checking my points since I have been experiencing this error.

Last night I got in the bus with 39 points and when I got off I had 15 points for a 5.2 ride. This morning I tag in and it says I have insufficient funds my 5.2 trip is supposed to be R24.00 my tag has never worked in Rand value.

I have reported these incidents to their call centre and their consultants are useless as a consultant will take a case and I had to remind her that she did not ask the card number that had the error. Customer service has no follow up and kiosk in century city is just there to take our money. I had to suffer and walk into century city because I have no functioning card. There is no temporary tag for while they are looking into the matter.
