Poor customer service

I am very disappointed in the service from your staff at the Shaka Airport particularly Mr Mohammed Zaffar Suleman.

I had a 06h00 flight and had checked in online, got to the airport and was at the que to boarding at gate A8 got there they told me the boarding gate has been changed to A12 when I got to A12 I was told the flight has already left. I went to the sales desk to Mr Mohammed who told me I need to pay an extra R239 for a flight at 10h10 which I did, left and went to sit at Mugg and Bean when I came up to do self check in I was told the flight has left he booked me at an 08:10 flight.

Now this has not only costed me money but a potential business venture since I had a meeting at 13h00, the gentleman failed to assist me properly and gave me incorrect information. Worse of all his attitude towards this.

I will be reporting this matter to the Ombusdman and also hello peter.
