I recently had an issue regarding a safety problem on a Kulula flight from Cape Town to Johannesburg regarding an extremely overweight passenger. I sent my concerns through to Kulula and within a few hours I had a reply and the matter was resolved although the larger issue will still take some time. I was also given a discount on my next flight for the discomfort caused. Good work.
