My partner and I were invited to one of the touch down resorts at Season's Spa. We were told about the time share and we wanted to buy them but didn't have enough money at that very moment. The deposit was about R 9000 and we only had a bit more than R 3000. The agent told us that we can pay the R 3000, sign the contract and he will process it once he has received the full amount. A few weeks after that, we faced some financial difficulty and couldn't pay the rest of the deposit. We then opted for the option to cancel the contract but the agent said he will us more time to pay the rest. We realized that no matter how much time he gave us, we won't be able to afford these shared. When we sent the email to cancel, Tammy Yeo told us that even if we cancel, we will forfeit our R 3690 because they already proceeded with the contract. As far as we were told, they were not going to commence with the process until the deposit was fully paid. We really want our money back and I would NEVER EVER encourage anyone to use THE TOUCH DOWN GROUP service, they are a bunch of, who just make money from scamming their customers.
