Not allowing me to cancile the contract with them

I have joined Flexi Club leusure January 2007, i have tried to cancile the contract with them in that year with no success as they stipulated in thier contract that i should have cancelled within 7 days of signing the contract. i could not afford them due to other life committments and i communicated that with them but still they did not allow me to cancel, i did not pay then they forced me to pay them by removing my furniture without my concern at my house whilst i was at work. i had to rease my good by settling their amount owed to them of which i did not have it i had to do a loan. they said i have accummulated some points that i can utilised, then i took the opportunity when i was attending a friends wedding in Chintsa Eastern Cape by making reservation with them in the nearest place, but they dicided to book me 1700 km away from the place i was at.

I complained about their service they never take notice. This year i paid my 2013 yearly fees in full and submitted my cancillation letter to them yesterday and they told me that i must tell them the reason why i want to cancel and i must pay 2014 yearly fees of R5 938 then they can start considering my cancilation. Please help me.
