Unaccompanied Minor lost after SAA flight

Flight SAA 0554 was scheduled to land at 13h45. Plane landed at 13h30 and passengers disembarked at 13h40. At 14h00 there was still no sign of my 7 year old son. I waited until 14h15 and made an inquiry as to his whereabouts from the SAA reception desk at arrivals. I was greeted with a bad attitude and informed to just keep waiting. At 14h30 I inquired again, and was told again to just wait. I told the staff members that I am not satisfied with this answer, and that they should try and locate my son. They gave me a bad attitude and didn't really bother to assist.

My husband started walking around, and found my son and a staff member on the other part of OR Thambo building, close to the exit on the staircase. My son recognised my husband, and the responsible staff member handed him over without any Identification verification or signature or nothing. We indicated on the booking that I will be the parent collecting my son.
This behaviour is inexcusable and I will not tolerate something as serious as this. I have had no constructive feedback from SAA after numerous emails and complaints.
