At the end of October 2012 we paid a deposit to AAA Office and Home Removals to move us from Dwaalboom in Limpopo to Beaufort West in the Western Cape. We received confirmation from AAA confirming receipt of the payment and that the move was booked for 27 December 2012 arriving in Beaufort West on 28 December 2012. We paid the balance of the monies due on 19 December 2012.
On 27 December 2012 we were waiting for AAA Office and Home Removals to arrive for the big move to Beaufort Wes. They gave us an estimated arrival time of 8h00. At 8h30 we called to find out what time they will arrive. To our shock we were informed by David that they only scheduled us for the 27th of January 2013. All correspondence between us and AAA clearly indicate that the date of the move is 27 December 2012, AAA even increased their cost because the move was to happen between Christmas and New Year. AAA took our money and confirmed the move, knowing full well that they had no intention of doing the MOVE or paying back our MONEY. This is. All our correspondence with AAA has been handed over to the Police. Let us hope that there still is something like justice!
