I booked a flight for me and my wife with thai airways and requested a veg meal. During the flight we were informed that there were no veg meals available as the information relayed from byojet did not include the veg meal. It clearly states on our ticket sent to us from byojet that we required veg - due to disgusting service from byojet we were unable to eat for 11 hours on both the flights. We did not get what we paid for and this is in breach of the c.p.a. I expect compensation in form of a refund for making me and my wife starve for 11 hours each way. you are more than welcome to contact thai airways as they informed us that byojet is at fault.
