My girlfriend and I travelled together to bangkok, and upon going through the boarding gate in durban, our seats suddenly changed and we were unaware to get our seats next to each other, with the ground supervisor saying he changed is to accommodate a family who were late. Why should we, who got to the airport early, made sure we were on time, be penalized for this. AND it turned out our original seats were now occupied by another couple, not a family, very suspicious. It was flight EK776 from durban to dubai on 25 December 2013.
