Just as I thought. I went through the Official Channel to lodge a complaint about my Voyager miles not being honoured. Someone called Shirley passed my complaint on to... the SAME TWO people who have for the past year refused to honour my Voyager miles, cannot give me an explanation, refuse to provide the voice recording I have requested numerous times, and NEVER ever respond to an email or a phone call from me. They are arrogant, unprofessional and incompetent. So thanks for nothing SAA, yet again. And thanks for nothing Shirley, Absalom Adams and Tshepo Baughan. Furthermore, the whole of SAA runs on my tax Rands, since it never makes a profit and it is always being bailed out. So where else in the world do you actually get to PAY people to treat you - the customer - like?? Amazing.
