Travelling from JHB - CT booked return tickets. Subsequently we decided to stay an extra day. My ticket was done at the old price but my daughters i
was charged 500 more. The bus was late leaving Cape Town the tea and coffee machine not working for all the passengers on the bus there's only one plastic spoon there was no toilet paper in the loo we hadn't stopped for more than 6 hours and than the nerve of it all the toilet is out of order what service did I pay for. Main liner!!! I was not the only person complaining I am diabetic and suffer from Hyper tension there was no compassion until i got up and went to ask why is there not service not even cold drinks offered TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE first we were treated like animals for not stopping than like pigs for the toilet not working totally unacceptable.
