Bad Attitude and Bad Hygiene

I would like to display my level of disgust at the bad service my mother and sister received whilst traveling from Kimberley Ultracity to Johannesburg Park station on date 03 January 2014 - 14h00 Registration number WNW496GP. The hostess on duty was named Pearl even though she didn't wear a name badge addressed customers in the must outrages and disrespectful manner and had the nerve to entertain male customers in an unprofessional manner on top of that the bus was dirty and had cockroaches on board which clearly indicates to me that Pearl is not at all willing to do what she was hired for but rather to entertain men. I would like Greyhound to urgently respond to this matter as I paid monies for such poor service and knowing that Greyhound has been a transport service that we have always relied on. The service rendered is causing me to doubt and having lack of faith on what their slogan stands for.
