I cannot emphasis how happy I am with the service I received from InterCape once again. I booked a return bus which left Johannesburg on the 30th 16:30 and due to arrive at Port Elizabeth on the 31st 06:55.
Despite the slight delay on the bus coming minutes late, they announced and apologized for the inconvenience coursed. The host Angela was so professional once again and was very helpful. From the time we got in to any questions we had, she assisted well.
I REALLY LOVE the fact that the bus has got charger plugs for us now, that is such a convince for us people who love being on social networks.
Above all the drivers done a good job, ensuring that we are there safe and not having hassles of people being left behind.
I do rate your services 101% EXCELLENT and will sure tell others how good your services are.
