I would like to submit a formal complaint about one of your staff (Wendy) on flight QR 582 Doha - Cape Town Tue, 23 Apr 2013 07:15. I flew on Qatar Airways before but never have I experience low level of service like this.
First she (Wendy) forgot or simply ignored to setup a baby bed for my son even though she did the same for another child sitting right next to us in the same row (no 10). I had to go to the back to remind her and she said she did see our baby but simply forgot.
I had a headache during the flight and asked for a pain killer (Panado) and she forgot once again. I then went to remind her and eventually got one.
Lastly I needed water before the descent in Johannesburg to open my ears as I have sinus problems and again she forgot causing my head to hurt even more during the descent.
I hope you do speak to her and take action about this as I will hesitate to fly with your airline if this is the level/standard of staff you employ.
