I recently flew to Durban. On arrival I found my baby car seat destroyed and pram dismantled. This was all booked in as fragile. They sent it off for repairs and now they say it can't be repaired and they will not replace it as I signed a disclaimer that they cannot be held liable. I was given a form at check in and told sign here as proof this is fragile. Then take it to the guy standing there. No time to read as their check in is so slow that it took 45min. Travelling with a baby is not exactly easy. This is disgusting service and I am not taking this lying down.
