Haven't got a clue

Dear Europcar,
On the 27 Jan 2013, myself, my wife and one year old daughter flew into Durban airport to attend my grandmother's funeral.
While I will put up with having to pay MORE THAN THE CAR HIRE RATE just to hire a baby seat, I won't be denied the common decency that premium should attract.
Why was the seat not fitted to the car?
What made you think that after trying to contain a one-year-old for an entire flight, I would want to fit a strange baby seat to a strange car in the pouring rain?
Here is your lesson spelt out so you don't lose more business:
1. If I'm hiring a baby seat, at your ridiculous rates, I am planning on using it. Fit it! (You can do it at the same time you put that cheesy paper notice on the steering wheel.)
2. If it starts pouring with rain, you offer to find an umbrella and escort my wife to the car. That's just manners.
