I tried to book a flight and after submitting all my details and selecting the flight was told that it wasn't available. I checked directly on the Thai Airlines website and there were seats available. The complaint is that I was charged R698.00 for the privilege to be told the flight was not available. Bunch of artists and told now I have to wait at least 48 hours for a refund. DISGUSTING SERVICE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR WEBSITE
