I booked a ticket online to the eastern cape, it was said that the departure time was 7pm, it is now 08:32 and the bus has not even arrived yet, I only have one day to spend in the eastern cape and then I have to come back on Sunday, I do not see this happening, is this the kind of service we should expect from city to city, I find it very poor, I would rather like a refund of my two tickets purchase or a way forward to remedy this situation.
