We booked a flight from melbourne to jhb via qantas airlines and the flight got heavily delayed due to bad weather and we could not land in jhb and had to re route to durban airport, so we landed in durban and i missed my flight booked on [URL Removed] from jhb to cape town. 12 hours later we arrived in jhb and i went to kulula ticket office and they told me it was not their problem and i had to pay r2600 for another ticket from jhb to cape town one way, and im now still on holiday in cape town and found out that i have to buy another new ticket of r3000 to get back to jhb to catch my flight back to Melbourne on the 2nd of January 2014, because Kulula also cancelled my booked and paid for airticket back to Jhb. I feel this is very unfair and unprofessional of such a big company to assist their clients in this way. I travel alot and will not recommend this company to anyone ever again! This is really pathetic service.
