My 69 year old Aunty had to sit by herself, waiting for the bus to arrive. The bus arrived three hours late!! To make matters worse, I could not get hold of anyone on ANY of the numbers on the website!!! How can a bus company as large as this have no one available for queries such as these? I got hold of a representative in reservations, who told me that she could not help me. There was no answer at any of the offices/ branches - absolutely shocking... considering I was phoning at 2:30pm - 3:00pm on a Thursday afternoon!
