SHOCKING SERVICE

Our garden service broke our sliding door last Friday, the 10th of January already and it is still not fixed. We put in the claim that same morning at 10:00. On Tuesday, the 14th of Jan, late in the afternoon somebody did came to check and said they cant fix it, they need to break the security first and will come back only on the Thursday, the 16th. It is already 11:00 and nobody came to fix my door. It has been a week and sleeping without a door for a week and that is now unacceptable to me!!! How long will they take to fix this... I need an urgent response!!! ASAP! I tried to call the insurance call centre and they just passed the buck all the time, I have explained my problem to 3 different people and then they say: "hold" and then I get a service to leave a message!!!
