2 hours for a burge

I ordered a meal for, my children at 18:20 and it was only delivered at 20:10. Almost 2 hours after the order was placed. Service was shocking and they didnt even bother to pick up the phone to apologise for my order being late. I had to phone them twice to enquiry. TO make matters worse, when my food eventually arrived, it was ice cold and some items were missing. They didnt even bother to compensate for it being late but just advised 'next time you order, we'll give you something for free' No thanks, I wiill never be eating at this take away place again
