Triplicated transaction & overcharged credit card

I had purchased 3 flight tickets to Dar es Salaam from Durban on the 20 November 2013 for a total amount of R 20 661.00 for SAA.My flight reservation reference No is 75HAMT. I received an sms and an email reflecting this transaction on the 20 November 2013 from my bank and supplier. On Saturday the 23 November 2013 I received an sms informing me of my credit card account being overdrawn by R33 692.73.I looked at my credit card statement and found that my account was charged for an amt of R 61 983.00.This is three times the purchase I had made. I contacted the SAA customer care help desk and dealt with Tebogo Lekone. I received the refund after 2 weeks. This situation has caused unnessary inconviences and the non use of my credit card during a medical emergency. I had also incured unnessary costs in phone calls and wasted work time. I am a businessman and utilize my credit card for business purposes. For 2 weeks I could not utilize my credit card and was faced with uneasy circumstances. I never received any compensation for my loss. I wanted an explanation on HOW SAA could draw over my credit card limit without my authorisation. How many innocent people may have been robbed like this???
