We were on our way to PE for my husband's work and took our baby son with. Firstly they struggled for 30min to book our son because of "system trouble" but they needed 5 people to do this. This can't be the first baby to fly with kulula? Then they checked my husband's workcase to see if there were any "sharp" items. They took them out and said that all was right. When we got to the gates, we were sent back because there are Allen keys in the case and we had to go back to check out! The people don't communicate with each other and what the one says does not correlate with what the other says! So we were sent up and down with a tired baby due to kuluka's lack of communication between employees and bad customer service!
