Faulty Website inconviniencing!!!

I tried to make a booking for Sat 13th April for the 09h45 flight. I couldn't use my Edgars accont after I've made payment into it. When I asked the call Centre why, they tell me I can't do a booking if the travel date is within 3 days. Its' not written anywhere on the website as I did check the flight using Edgars account last week and it gave the option to so how would one know if it's not indicated anywhere on the website? I phoned the Head Office and spoke to Thelma who just couldn't be bothered and told me to make other means. Then as from 14h20 till 17h30 I've trying to make one and the same booking. I have a Mango Voucher with the value of R925 and when I try to make a booking f since the 09h45 seats from R593 shoot up to R700 (Thanks to Mango) I then tried the 13h00 flight on the same day, Firstly the voucher kept on saying it's invalid for about 30 minutes. After that it went through, but now it only takes 593 and I have to pay in R593 whereas I have R925 on my voucher. Sahil from call centre tried to do it on the website as well it gave him the same option. I just cannot pay R593 as I was told that if I don't use the whole amount I will forfeit it!!! This is VERY URGENT!!!
