My mom has been with flexi club for more that 20 years and she is a pensioner now that receives a state pension. Years ago she had a husband that was working and they could enjoy the benefits of flexiclub but she is 67 years old and cannot afford to pay R9000.00 every year, she has tried to get out of this for years but flexiclub wants her to pay them to buy her points back.
you obviously don't see value in the product u selling if u want to be paid to buy your product back even after a loyal customer has contributed 100's of thousands to ur establishment, but yet u cannot even consider canceling her contract.
She doesn't even want money for it she just wants to get it off her name as she is not be the means to pay R9000.00 every year, I think it's pathetic that u cannot honor a loyal and now elderly customer of yours.
