We have been members of Flexiclub since 2007 - We have paid our yearly subscription every year and about two years ago when things started getting tougher financially we tried to sell our shares with no luck. My husband lost his job last year and I advised Flexiclub in October last year that we would not be able to afford to pay our subscriptions as timeshare unfortunately is luxury and there are other necessesities which take precedence. They continued calling telling us to pay it off which we really were NOT able to do. We have since received final demands and a lawyers letter after which I have spoken to them on numerous occassions as well as sent an email to customer care department on (7/5) to which we have had no response. We have been trying to sell the shares they value at R 11, 80 and unfortunately cannot even get 0, 50c a share and feel that it is highly unfair the way we are being treated. I understand being charged for something we have used but this R 13500 we are being asked to pay is for this years points which we have not yet used. We cannot cancel timeshare until we pay for this years points before we even use then. I am sorry but this makes no sense at all.
