When my wife & I arrived at OR Thambo after a trip to the UK, we were informed at the Mango check in counter that our flight had been cancelled and that we now had to wait 4 hours. When you have been in transit for nearly 24hrs already, that's not good news to receive! When we asked why we were not notified, we were told "we emailed you & left a voicemail." At the Mango customer help desk we were told the same thing. I then said that we were out of the country & only had sms roaming activated so perhaps they should send out a simple sms notification, all other companies have this kind of technology available! I also said that we had not received any emails from them so we would like to see the proof that it was delivered. I was given a list of emails sent but no proof that it was delivered, although the manager kept loudly insisting that it was. The manager was not interested in listening & constantly spoke over us so I said "do you mind listening while I talk? " Her attitude was shocking as she stood with her hand on her hip, tilted her head & sarcastically said "well talk! " I then asked her for her name to which I received an aggravated "Ella! " She refused to give me her surname.
