I booked a flight with SAA express PMB to DBN. The plane could not land due to weather conditions which is understandable. What is not understandable is SAA Express' poor response to the situation. We were packed into a bus and shuttled to DBN. At the DBN airport no one at SAA knew that we were arriving or why we were there. Staff were abrupt, rude and unapologetic. Eventually we were delayed by 5 hours in total with no compensation as some of the people on board missed connecting flights.
