I would like to draw your attention to the poor service we received from SA Express. Due to bad weather we were stranded at PE airport on Sunday. SA Express handled the situation dismally. They did not notifty their passengers abt the cancellation, when we enquired they kept telling us wait 3 hours more etc. BA notified their passengers at 5 on sunday and gave their passengers meal vouchers. We waited till 11.30 that night and they just told us that we must come in at 7 the next morn. Their were pensioners and children- i am 63 yearsw of age and i had my grandchild with me. The next day we stood in the standby queue from 5 in the morn and was only allocated a flight at 10.30. The flight was scheduled to leave at 11.30. The plane arrived only at 12.45 and we departed an hour later. Passengers were not informed of any arrangements. We just sat around and ran around trying to get information. This email should be brought to SA Expresses notice so that they can improve their service, their fares are exhorbitant and their service stinks.
