I am still waiting for my Safair flights, that were cancelled due to pettiness in the industry, to be reissued by Comair. I have been waiting for a response to my emails and phone calls since October. How long does this take to process. If you can't help, just shout and I will go somewhere else but please just give a response. And by response I don't mean 'Thank you for your enquiry. You will be contacted by one of our Agents as soon as possible to assist with your booking request. We are currently dealing with high volumes and appreciate your patience' as I have already received this twice
