Not Billing Correctly

Yearly sub's were paid on 10/10/2013 R13990 PLPAN236111
the amount has still not been credited to my account.
thus showing my account been in arrears.
despite, my self and my privet banker, sending confirmation letters and confirming telephonicly
i am unable to book holidays via THC due to this problem.
this problem is ongoing with every time i have to make payments.
i am penalised for THC mistakes
