It is very unfair that you guys provide us with buses that are not in a good condition to travel long distances. I am talking about the new buses that look like community buses. I think those buses are suited to travel short distances and not long distances. I was so disappointed that I had to travel 21 hours from East London to Cape Town with your so called "coach". The chairs were rock hard that my back was sore whereas I was not even half way my destination. They are cold, have no lights, arm rest and curtains. Funny thing is, your drivers even complain about them, now how much more to the passengers?? The money that I paid is not worth the comfort I was expecting. My emphasis is that I am not satisfied with what you have to offer.
