APPALLING SERVICE

We converted our Dikhololo timeshare to CRI in May 2002 in order to have a wider range of places to go to. Availabilty of our selected places was a problem and after 3 years decided to revert our ownership back to Dikhololo.(Unit Y44 week 48).

Unfortunately CRI never paid our levies over to Dikhololo and our unit was sold despite the fact that we duly paid our levies to CRI an previously Dikhololo.

I've had in excess of 100 e-mails and discussions with Annelize over the course of the years and received an equal amount of empty promises - (I've kept records).

We even went as far as returning the signed transfer of ownership forms back to Annelize twice in 2008. At one stage I told Annelize that at this rate my sons won't be able to enjoy it with us anymore and sadly that came true in 2010 when my oldest son passed away.

The problem is that if anything should happen to my husband or I, my kids would lose out on part of their rightful inheritance.

The latest e-mail was sent to Annelize the beginning of this year enquiring about progress, but needless to say I'm still waiting.
I've requested to speak to management but was prevented from doing so - so management plse rectify this
