I had a problem with ACSA and payment of fees at the drop and go, the person suppose to be parking manager in PE airport knows the story. After emails and emails to her she didn't respond until I decided to go to O R Tambo airport. O R Tambo contacted her and she claimed to have told me that they are waiting for funds and she said cause the lady laughed while I standing in front of her and she was on the phone with Pumla Tshazibane. I still didn't get a response after this... this is the bad attitude and lack of response that dents any company. It might not be a million that needs to be refunded but its money at the end of the day.
