I would like to lodge a complaint against holiday access regarding the cancellation of my membership. I have spoken with several consultants regardig the matter, and have received various letters in the post stating that the full amount of the contract must be settled when canceling membership. This, however, is NOT in the copy of the contract that my husband and I signed initially. If the company is able go send me a signed copy of the contract where it is stated that the amount must be settled, I will gladly arrange for payment to be deducted. This has gone on long enough, and I am appauled by the client service of Holiday Access.
