I'm so upset as I always use Translux for travelling. I got onto bus at Bellville Pac du cap with 2 luggage trolleys bags a black and a green one on the 07/11/2013 at 7am. when I reached George on 07/11/2013 at 1pm I saw they didn't have my black bag and inside there was 8 pair of shoes and 2 roses my boyfriend had bought me. I am highly upset and would like to be re-reimbursed with the value because there are 2 pairs that are new in there.
