I often complain but forget compliment when it is deserved. I had such a good experience the past few months culminating in a holiday starting tomorrow that I felt its about time to give credit where it is due.
I booked a return flight from Johannesburg to the USA as well as a cruise at Flight Centre. The lady Adele Matias at the Hartebeespoort Dam branch who assisted me was superb. I was not the easiest client as I repeatedly asked questions, changed my mind and demanded attention. Adele was patient, helped me with all my queries and replied promptly to my emails. I will from now on only book my travels with her at Flight Centre.
