On 26 Oct 13, ive booked a ticket through Flightsite on Mango Airlines Ref Nr F148751W261013
After the ticket was booked and confirmed via email, the email read that I will receive a confirmation from Flightsite within 36 hours. The money for the ticket as well as agent fees to Flightsite went through my bank which I varified on my bankstatements
On 30th Oct 13, ive send a email to there helpdesk explaining my situation and query and requested them to look into this matter, as Ive still not received my confirmation. On there website it clearly stipulates that the customers query will be attended to within 24 hours.
On 02 November 13, Ive send another email to Flightsite enquiry about my confirmation, my complaint etc.
Today is the 04th Nov 13, I still dont have my confirmation, any respons from their helpdesk or any assistance
Its the first time i booked through Flightsite and at this stage it will be the last time as well after ive received such pathetic service
